Grown and dried on our farm we harvest our dill before it flowers when it's energy is still in the leaves.
Dill is a great herb to have on hand as an ingredient in so many dishes ( many great European recipes out there).
Dill is also helpful at easing digestive complaints. It is a storehouse of nutrients including substantial amounts of vitamin A, manganese, folate, magnesium, Vitamin B6, and more.
Use liberally in cooking or as a tea
